Design and Engineering Services:
Custom-lifting equipment from Wisconsin Lifting Specialists takes a load off your mind. Put it in the hands of Wisconsin Lifting Specialist’s team of engineers and manufacturing experts, who apply decades of industry insight and a thorough knowledge of ASME B30.20 and OSHA standards. Each design is implemented in Wisconsin’s best-equipped facility for lifting system manufacturing. The state’s most extensive supply of lifting components is at our disposal, in addition to specialized fabrication equipment for the creation of custom devices.
Certification of Lifting Devices:
Wisconsin Lifting Specialists has the capabilities with its engineering staff to review and certify various different lifting devices. All the devices that are reviewed will be to ASTM B30.20 and OHSA standards. Based on the condition and documentation of your device Wisconsin Lifting Specialists will be either able to certify, test or build a new device.

Proof Testing:
Lifting equipment need to be proof tested or load tested to certify the integrity of the item. Wisconsin Lifting Specialists offers 100-ton in house proof tester in their Milwaukee branch along with a 10-ton in house proof tester in their Schofield branch. WLS offers training programs for Basic Overhead Crane & Hoist Operation and Below the Hook Rigging Safety and Inspection to help you reduce accidents and improve Safety at your facility. These programs can be developed specifically to your equipment and lifting needs. Information is presented in a classroom setting and can also include hands-on basic techniques of “Crane Inspection & Operation” and “Rigging Inspection and Use” out in the field, or on your shop floor. We also offer Product Specific Training including Operation & Maintenance, by Factory Reps, for all equipment we provide. Inventory Management:
When you run to the maintenance crib to grab rigging equipment to finish a project under a deadline to ship and the shelves are empty, well that’s where we come in.
