Weld (MIG and TIG) use of torch set up for cutting operations.
- Read and interpret weld symbols, blueprints, general arrangement and sub-component detail drawings. We are a custom Fabricator, this is not a production welding job.
- Understand material preparations, square up and weld various geometries of components (vertical and horizontal plane) Math skills needed.
- Tack-up structures to tight tolerance, weld out precision frames to exact tolerances, and hold final required cos-metric finish with angle grinders and sanders.
- Operate a drill press, hand grinders, sanders, tools, band saw.
- Will need to pass a weld test for hire
- Maintain all Company equipment, tools, and keep assigned work area clean and in order.
Working out of our Milwaukee, WI. Location. Prefer 3+ years’ experience.
The right candidate that has experience in wet spray industrial paint applications on metal fabrication. Must have prior experience spray painting in an industrial environment. Must know how to use all equipment including air powered spraying tools, and precision measuring equipment. Must know how to interpret simple blueprints and be willing/able to carry out miscellaneous functions within the shop as needed/directed. Welding experience a plus but not necessary. This job may include loading lifting devices onto trucks for delivery, and or on rare occasion taking product out to customer-therefore clean driving record is necessary, cleaning the shop/paint area and keeping equipment in organized orderly fashion. Keeping inventory on paint/stencil supplies. This candidate will be able to cross train in other production areas as the production schedule permits.
Working out of our Milwaukee WI. Location, prefer Industrial sewing experience.
Operate a heavy duty single needle sewing machine (s). Must be detail oriented. Ability to sit and/or stand for an extended period of time required. Complete ability to control machine functionality (start, stop, and control speed) required. Must work quickly, accurately, and efficiently, able to adapt to change in the work environment easily, and adjust production schedule as required. Ability to lift and or move 25 IBS. Required. Must know basic math and able to read a tape measure/ ruler.
Working out of our Milwaukee, WI. Location. Mechanically inclined individual preferred.
Independently perform all duties necessary to produce complete line of wire rope assemblies, chain assemblies according to company methods, standards and work instructions utilizing the safest and most efficient means possible. This position would considered to be a “shop floater” that may be moved to production areas as needed per our business schedule and customers’ demands. Looking for someone with a strong work ethic that is flexible in changing direction as needed.
